About Village & Vine
As housing costs rise, it’s becoming harder for families, downsizers, and essential workers to stay in Temecula, driving demand for smaller, more attainable homes.
This project addresses the city’s missing middle housing gap by transforming overlooked infill land into thoughtfully designed pocket neighborhoods—small-scale communities of 10–20 homes on 5 acres or less, centered around a shared green space.
In partnership with city leaders and forward-thinking developers and builders, we’re expanding access to ownership, strengthening community connection, and delivering a sustainable solution to California’s housing crisis.
Microhome Community (Pocket Neighborhood):
is a thoughtfully planned cluster of smaller homes, typically arranged around a shared courtyard or green space. These communities are intentionally designed to foster connection, walkability, and a close-knit sense of community.

Hey, we’re Tyler and Courtney — born and raised in California. We found our way to Temecula in 2024, drawn by its warm community, family-friendly atmosphere, and rolling country hills. We’re reimagining modern development. That’s why we created Village & Vine Microhome Community — a fresh take on the modern American neighborhood, offering attainable housing solutions designed for today’s needs, with community at its core.
